The application helps to prepare a report to estimate the purchase of the regulatory surplus, final approval to purchase the regulatory surplus, update the base map with the new plan for the land plot, ease of following up on the request for regulatory surplus services through the Secretariat’s website, ease and speed of following up on transactions by sending instant notifications to the beneficiary, the engineering office and employees about the status of the transaction and the status of the transaction process and the procedures that must be taken until the completion and issuance of the transaction.
