The project is concerned with operating and maintaining all GIS applications for the central databases and Ezri applications in the Eastern Province Municipality. Given the existence of separate databases in many linked municipalities and GIS applications built by different parties, the Information Systems Department decided to unify the mechanisms for building data for information systems and prepare a mechanism to unify the linking of databases and applications at the level of the municipalities linked to the main database and applications in the municipality. This requires skilled technical workers capable of assessing the current situation and then unifying and working on the linking in a professional manner. This project aims to achieve the following: Coding and indexing plans and documents in the General Administration of Urban Planning and linking databases for 8 linked municipalities as well as remedial maintenance.
