It is an electronic service that allows the General Investment Agency to submit applications for offering sites to be offered for investment with ease and simplicity by corresponding with the General Administration of Lands and Properties regarding the ownership of the land and the General Administration of Urban Planning to approve the type of proposed activity that is appropriate for the site, as well as knowing the existence of any obstacles to offering the proposed activity for the investment site from the municipality to which the transaction belongs without the need for paper transactions. This has led to an increase in the supply for investment and the speed and ease of offering investment sites.
