In previous years, the Eastern Province Municipality has developed and increased municipal revenues by offering many investment opportunities to the private sector to enhance its resources and invest them to contribute to improving municipal service and development facilities and increasing municipal revenues. The Municipality has relied on God Almighty to achieve good success in this field.

Given the large size of municipal investments and the presence of many sites that represent future resources that must be invested in, the Municipality seeks to seek the greatest amount of consultations to support management systems in line with the accurate calculation of the Municipality’s needs and to find the appropriate mechanism to carry out these works effectively and quickly, in coordination with taking into account the availability of a distinctive environment in the region’s Municipality to ensure the achievement of a suitable environment for investors when implementing these goals.

The purpose of the project is to carry out all work related to technical support for the General Administration for the Development of Municipal Investments and the study of the development and development of municipal investments in the Eastern Province Municipality, including providing the personnel of the assigned apparatus with the necessary services to implement the project at the most complete and highest levels.
