The Street and Windows Annexation Application is an application that allows the citizen to submit a request to annex a street, window, passage or space through the application with ease and simplicity, then transfer the transaction to the competent employee in the Secretariat. The application allows the request to be studied by the Survey Department and upload the engineering drawing files after annexing the street or window, for final approval by the Urban Planning Department, updating the base map with the new land plot plan, flexibility to follow up on the request for street and window annexation services through the Secretariat’s website, ease of following up on transactions by sending instant notifications to the beneficiary and employees about the status of the transaction and the status of the transaction path and the procedures that must be taken until the transaction is completed and issued.
